Blended with individual distillations of arbequina olives, thyme, rosemary, basil, cardamom, coriander and ginger berries gathered from their own farms and citrus fruits.
The Mediterranean “Gin Mare” is made in a custom designed still. Left to soak in advance for over a year in special large clay jars. After this period it is finally ready.
